Rebate Redemption Terms & Conditions

 

  • Claim must be postmarked within the postmarking period listed on the rebate form.
  • Only purchases from Authorized Stores qualify during specified promotion periods.
  • Offer limited to products in stock during the time of promotion.
  • Products cannot be returned to retailer once the UPC Code has been removed.
  • Illegible or incomplete claim forms will not be processed. Claim form must be filled out completely and by the original purchaser only. Required fields include first and last name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
  • Offer limited for personal use only.
  • Only one (1) Rebate per: product, sales receipt, mailing address, household, family, group or individual.
  • No PO Boxes or APO addresses accepted.
  • Please make copies of all materials before mailing.
  • Offer good only in the USA and Canada.
  • Rebate claims from purchases made in American stores will be issued in American dollars only. Rebate Claims from purchases made in Canadian stores will be issued in Canadian dollars only.
  • Rebate rights cannot be transferred.
  • This rebate replaces any and all rebate offers on or in the original packaging and may not be combined with any other offer.
  • I/OMagic is not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected mail, receipts, bar codes, etc.
  • I/OMagic will not reimburse the customer for any costs incurred to submit or receive the rebate.
  • All rebate requests become the property of I/OMagic and will not be returned.
  • Company reserves the right to not respond to any communications containing profane or obscene language.
  • I/OMagic shall not be liable for technical, pictorial or editorial errors contained herein. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
    WARNING: Fraudulent submission could result in federal prosecution under US Mail Fraud Statutes (18 USC, Sections 1341 and 1342).
    Receipt of multiple rebate submissions for the same promotion voids all claims.
  • Please allow 8-10 weeks from the end date of the promotion for processing.
  • Rebate must be redeemed in it's entirety within 6 months of purchase.


Rebate Redemption Requirements

Send the following via regular mail to receive the rebate amount listed for the product purchased:

1) A copy of the dated sales receipt. Please highlight the date and the item purchased.
2) The original UPC code from the packaging, and; when promotion requires simultaneous purchase, a cutout from the front of the packaging of the second item showing the part #.
3) The completed Rebate Claim Form.
